Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings and Enquiries

All bookings can be made either through the contacts page on the Blaze Website, by email bookings@blazetheband.co.nz or 027 222 0897.

Your business is important to us, so BLAZE Entertainment will endeavour to contact you on the same day of your enquiry or within 24 hours of receiving your booking enquiry.

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% of the total price is required. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the booking within 2 weeks of the performance date.

A booking confirmation will be sent via email to you within 24 hours of receiving the deposit. Blaze Entertainment will provide an invoice to you at this point.

3. Extra Time Fees

If you require BLAZE for longer than the agreed performance time, there will be an extra time fee of $100 for 1x only 30 minute set. This is to be paid in full on the night of the performance.



4. Travel and Accommodation Fees

BLAZE Entertainment do not charge mileage fees within the Tauranga, Mount Maunganui district areas. Mileage fees outside the district are $35.00 per 100 kilometres.

Travel time of more than 1 hour outside the Tauranga, Mount Maunganui district will require accommodation. The fee is $100.00 per night.

5. Final Payment

The balance of the fee is to be paid in full prior to the performance or as pre-arranged with BLAZE Entertainment. The Final payment for performance is due at least 2 days prior to your event. Payment must be made prior to BLAZE performance.

Payment is to be made by online banking or cash. BLAZE Entertainment do not accept credit cards or cheques.

6. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Upon confirmation of your booking, you automatically agree to accept the terms and conditions set down within this document.
